  • Course Details

  • Please use the calendar displayed above to select the section that works with your schedule. There will be a maximum of 40 spots per section.
    We are exploring options to provide evening synchronous sessions . Would you be interested in be notified if that option becomes available? There would be limited space and if you choose to attend the evening session, you would not be able to attend any of the daytime sessions listed above.
  • Optional Course Equipment Package

    You may purchase an optional equipment package (1 Kettlebell and resistance bands) for an additional $100 USD to assist with delivery of the course (total registration price $899). These items are not necessary to participate in the course activities, and can be substituted for items that the individual already possesses.
  • The optional equipment package consists of exercise bands of varying resistance and a Kettlebell. Please choose your desired kettlebell load for course activities (e.g. squat, hinge, push, and pull movements).
